Sold as: Approx 450g to 900g each, texan steak flavour, select number of steaks needed.
Best cooked as: Seared in a very hot pan or over intense braai coals, then rested properly to allow the juices to redistribute, best enjoyed from medium-rare to medium.
Best enjoyed with: Sliced against the grain and served with hand-cut chips, a crisp seasonal salad and a classic accompaniment such as peppercorn sauce, béarnaise or chimichurri.
