Sold as: 200g to 250g packs Select sliced packs or whole pieces, and the number of packs required.
Best cooked as: Roasted in a preheated oven, starting at a higher temperature to develop colour before finishing at a gentler heat for an even, succulent result.
Best enjoyed with: Carved at the table and served with roasted potatoes, pan juices or gravy, and a selection of seasonal vegetables or salads.
