Beef Marrow Bones
Rich and luxurious, these Phils marrow bones are ideal for elegant starters or for enriching sauces and broths with restaurant-level depth.
Sold as: Round-Cut packed x 6, Long-Cut packed x 2, select cut type and aty of packs required.
Best cooked as: Roasted cut-side up in a hot oven until the marrow is soft, quivering and just beginning to caramelise at the edges.
Best enjoyed with: Scooped onto toasted sourdough or baguette, finished with flaky sea salt, fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon, or used to enrich sauces and broths for an elevated depth of flavour.
